VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!

Three Bean Hotdish

serves 4-6

Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
1 package burger crumble
4 oz vegan bacon, chopped
28 oz can baked beans
15 oz can butter beans (drained and rinsed)
15 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 T mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
2 T vinegar
½ cup brown sugar

hot sauce, if desired

Directions:
Cook onion, burger crumble, and veggie bacon in a little water or oil until cooked through. Mix all ingredients together and add to a crockpot or 9x13 casserole dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Cook on low 4-6 hours in crock pot or at 350 for 1 hour in oven.
