Informed Delivery by USPS
Informed delivery is a service that allows you to see photos of your mail before it arrives for free. This is a great way to track your mail so that you know when to stop by the Ranch House to collect it! Click here to learn more.

We understand families have full schedules during the Easter holiday weekend, and in response to feedback from homeowners that was shared last year, we will hold our annual egg hunt a week prior to the holiday on Saturday, April 1. We hope you can join us for this fun family event!

Green Tip
Last year there was a tip about a special barrel just inside the door at the front of the City Market for plastic films that are difficult to recycle. The bin can take bubble wrap, plastic overwrap from paper towels and toilet paper, cereal box liners, bread bags, dry cleaning bags, produce bags, newspaper sleeves, plastic shipping envelopes, clean sandwich bags, and plastic grocery bags. So where is the bin? It has been moved behind the Customer Service desk because too many people were putting inappropriate items into it causing it to be contaminated. So now a Customer Service rep will review your plastic before placing it into the bin. There is still a barrel so please keep collecting your plastic and bringing it to the store for recycling.

Did You Know?
RVR is a special place and there are many details about the community that many may not be aware of. To help inform homeowners about all of RVR's unique features, we will run a "Did You Know" section each week in the newsletter.
One Question the HOA frequently gets is, "Who owns and operates the RVR Golf Course?"
RVRMA is not associated with the management of the golf course or the Homestead Bar and Grill. The River Valley Ranch Golf Club is separately owned and operated by Cunningham Golf, LLC. The Jay Morrish designed, 18-hole Championship Golf Course is typically open April through October. The golf course is public.

Refund Policy
Full payment required at registration. Receive a full refund if cancelling more than seven days prior. Receive a 50% refund if cancelling less than seven days prior but more than 24 hours. Same day cancellations will not receive a refund.

If you would like to register your child, please email Ali Royer with child's name, age, requested camp dates and a good phone number at ali.royer@rvrma.org. Please allow at least two business days for response. Take the first step to registering by filling out the waiver here.
