Since then, IRW learned the additional nine employees include GM Ben Hoffman, Marketing Director Jess Koetteritz, Corporate Regional Engineer Alex Keddie, a digital sales manager, and several sales and back office people.

The radio station originates on WLEY-HD2 (107.9fm, Aurora, Illinois), and also has two translators (W236CF and W236CG both on 95.1fm).
In October 2016, Nick McGill joined Tribune's FOX affiliate/WXIN-TV (Channel 59, Indianapolis) and CBS affiliate/WTTV-TV (Channel 4, Bloomington). Recently, 'CBS4' promoted Mr. McGill to weekend anchor.
