Take a break with a complimentary 20-minute chair massage from a licensed oncology massage therapist from the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living at Dana-Farber.

Virtual Expressive Arts Consults
Explore creative ways to support relaxation, stress reduction, and self-expression through free virtual consults with Zakim Center expressive arts therapist Megan Carleton, ATR-BC, LMHC.
Sessions are tailored to your interests and may include visual art, music, movement, drama, or writing. No experience required.

Yoga4Cancer offers evidence-informed yoga resources and free classes designed for people affected by cancer, helping support strength, flexibility, and wellness throughout treatment and recovery

YOUNG ADULT INTERACTIVE SESSIONS |
|
|
Integrative Spirituality Cancer Workshop (Virtual)
This weekly workshop explores ways to cope with cancer and build vitality through evidence-based spiritual practices, including meditation, breathwork, and relaxation.
Led by Yaroslav Nalysnyk, MD, DMin, catholic chaplain at Dana-Farber, sessions are open to all patients, loved ones, staff, and students regardless of religious affiliation. Workshops are held on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom.

My Risk, My Choices: Taking Control of Hereditary Cancer in Young Adults
Join the Young Adult Program (YAP) for a virtual interactive session on Thursday, March 12, from 5:30-6:45 p.m. for young adults (ages 18-early 40s) and their support person(s). This session will explore hereditary cancer risk through a multidisciplinary panel, with opportunities to ask questions, connect with peers, and learn about practical, young adult–focused resources.
