Reminder to Remove and Store Deer Fencing |
To view the Design Review Guidelines on deer fencing click here.
As a reminder, the deer fencing removal deadline was extended through Friday, May 15, to give residents additional time to take down and store fencing for the summer season. Now that the extended deadline has passed, we kindly ask any residents with remaining fencing in place to remove and properly store it as soon as possible to help maintain the beauty of the RVR community.
A friendly reminder to RVR residents storing deer fencing for the off-season: please ensure all fencing materials are kept out of sight from the street and neighboring properties. Whether stored in a basement, attic, crawl space, garage, or offsite location, fencing should be placed where it has no visual impact on the RVR community.

Candidate Declarations Due Today | Friday, June 5
We’re preparing for this summer’s RVRMA Board of Directors election, an important opportunity for our community to come together and help select the leaders who will guide RVR into the future.
Per the RVRMA Bylaws, board members serve three-year terms with no term limits. Each year, a portion of the board positions are up for election. This year, the terms of three dedicated board members will expire:
-
Todd Richmon, Co-Treasurer
- Carl Hostetter, Co-Treasurer
- Ben Johnston, Secretary
Interested in serving your community? If you are a homeowner who would like to become more involved and help shape the future of RVR, we encourage you to consider running for a seat on the Board.

Golf Course Access Reminder |
| We've received reports of after-hours activity on the golf course that has created significant noise disturbances and impacted neighboring homes.
As a reminder, the golf course is closed to pedestrian traffic, even when play has ended for the day. If you happen to see activity on the course after hours, please contact the local police non-emergency line.

E-Bike & Scooter Safety Reminder |
With the growing number of e-bikes, e-scooters, and One wheels in our neighborhood, we ask parents to help reinforce safe riding habits with their children.
Please strongly encourage riders to wear a helmet every time they ride, regardless of distance or experience. We also ask that all riders follow the rules of the road, obey stop signs, yield to pedestrians, and ride responsibly at all times. A few simple safety reminders can help prevent accidents and keep our community safe for everyone.
