This week started with a new cell phone policy for Seattle Public School families that many say is long overdue, but is a step in the right direction. Also on the education front: Should AI replace teachers? That’s where some schools are headed despite experts’ warnings against such bold moves.

And with summer on the horizon, we’ve got just the incentive kids need to read: free pizza.
