IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk has resumed its operations. If you have internet service, we can remote into your laptop to troubleshoot any technical difficulties. Please be patient as we have limited staff available to answer calls and provide assistance. We hope to expand our hours of operation soon.

Zoom Support
IT Classroom Experience Assistants are available to provide online support to faculty before, during or after your Zoom class sessions to troubleshoot any Zoom or remote tech issues.
- For immediate support in an active class, Dial 504-988-8888 and press 4.
- Sessions with 80+ students, faculty may schedule live support using our request form.
- Consultations on using Zoom are available during ILC and CELT office hours listed below.
Zoom Training for Online Teaching
Our Innovative Learning Center, in partnership with CELT, is offering faculty trainings to learn how to teach remotely using Zoom.

The ILC and CELT has resumed office hours to assist faculty with their transition to online learning.
- Weekdays, September 7 - 17 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM CST

Canvas Course Assignments & Due Dates Bulk Updates
