For those staying at the hotel, there will be no charge for overnight parking.
- For those commuting to the summit, vouchers will be available at registration.

Are you arriving the day before the summit? If so, join us for an informal opening reception in the Conference Center Ballroom on Wednesday, October 21 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. You’ll be able to grab your nametag and network with fellow attendees and speakers before the program begins! |
All meals at the summit will be served buffet-style, with a range of options including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. If you have a serious food allergy or dietary restriction (such as halal, kosher, or medically necessary diets) that may not be accommodated by standard buffet selections, please email tsi@tamus.edu by October 19. We’ll do our best to ensure your needs are addressed.
