VECD Fellow Shares Research from Fellowship Year in Zambia

Vanderbilt Medicine MD/MPH dual-degree candidate, Justin Banerdt, completed his fellowship year as a VECD Fogarty Global Health Fellow in July 2018. He spent his year conducting research focused on the prevalence and outcomes of delirium in a critically ill patient population with a high burden of HIV/AIDS at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) in Lusaka, Zambia. UTH is the teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Zambia School of Medicine.

Call for Abstracts and Posters

Growing Research Integrity Together (GRIT) Conference

September 25-26, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Central Daylight Time)
The two-day event focuses on the role of research administrators in promoting research integrity. It will feature U.S. experts in various fields of research integrity and research administration providing continuing education, sharing best practices and discussing take-away ideas.
Registered participants will receive access to presentation slides and handouts to use during the conference, plus a library of bonus materials, videos from the sessions and discussion guides to use after the conference. All materials will be available through the conference website after the conference ends – 
and if you can’t watch the sessions when they’re originally broadcast, you can watch them at your convenience after the conference concludes.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance that includes 10 hours of continuing education credits.
