Denison leads the way in integrating career resources with the liberal arts. Colleges help prepare students to lead meaningful lives, and an important part of that is the ability to flourish in a rapidly changing professional world. Read President Adam Weinberg’s thoughts on career readiness in his recently published piece in Higher Ed Dive.
As students across the country begin another school year, many find themselves wondering how to get the most out of it. President Weinberg shares his top five ways to maximize the student experience in Grown & Flown — a great read for the current or soon-to-be college students in your life.

Denisonians are lifelong learners who thrive in community, and we are committed to supporting you. It’s why we’ve established regional networks in 10 cities across the country. These regional networks are shaped by local volunteers who are committed to bringing Denisonians together. Regional network volunteers help bring a local voice to Denison events and have a say in the kinds of events local alums will be interested in. For example, this summer, alums in Boston got to tour a warship while those in San Francisco enjoyed an afternoon in the park.
New this fall, regional networks will host “Welcome to the City” receptions that will encourage new connections in a fun, social setting.
Beyond events, we are expanding educational programming available to alums. Look for these virtual and in-person opportunities throughout the academic year.
Explore the Alumni Engagement Strategic Plan to learn more about how Denison fosters meaningful connections among alums.
