As we are heading toward the end of the Winter 2024 Quarter, the Third Party Billing Office wanted to reach out to our Third-Party Sponsored students to inform them of some important dates that are coming up for the Spring 2024 Quarter. Please take note of these dates and keep them in mind as you prepare to send in your Financial Guarantees.

Spring Quarter Fees Assess to student accounts
|
- Spring Quarter fees are visible on TritonPay! Use Activity Details on TritonPay to print out your Spring Quarter Fees early if you need them.
|
|
|
| Billing statement available on TritonLink
(eBill available continuing students)

|
|
|
Deadline for mandatory health insurance waiver for all students
|
(Disregard if you have already waived the health insurance fee for this year)
|
|
|
| Registration fee payment deadline
|
|
|
|
- Submit them here: Third Party Form
- If you cannot turn in your Financial Guarantee by this date, submit a ticket to let us know. We can discuss your case and the options available to you.
- If you do not turn your Financial Guarantee in or let us know of your current situation, you may be dropped from your classes for non-payment on 4/1.
|
|
|

- You will be dropped from classes if you do not have your Financial Guarantee turned in.

If you are having problems obtaining your Financial Guarantee on time, please let us know of your current situation before 3/28. If you do not let us before 3/28, you WILL be dropped from your classes for non-payment.

We kindly ask that you refrain from individually requesting your invoices, as this process can impede the efficiency of our office operations. Rest assured, invoices will be distributed gradually over the course of several weeks throughout the quarter.

April 1st is the late registration fee payment deadline
|
(To avoid being dropped from enrolled classes or waitlisted courses)
|
- If you are dropped from your classes, DO NOT RE-ENROLL IN YOUR CLASSES AND REACH OUT TO US.
- Waitlisted classes are an exception! If you were waitlisted, re-enroll in your waitlisted classes immediately!

- We
CANNOT place you into the waitlist place you were in before you were dropped. Unfortunately if you were at the top of the list, and are dropped to the bottom, there is nothing we can do to put you back on the top of the waitlist since you were never enrolled in the class

We cannot guarantee that we can get you back into your original classes. If you were dropped due to an administrative error or a specific circumstance that warrants re-enrollment assistance, we will do our best to help.
