The US Navy Memorial (located in Washington DC) is raising funds to place an iconic Lone Sailor Statue in Pearl Harbor, HI. Pearl Harbor is the only major Naval homeport without such a statue; placing one overlooking Battleships ARIZONA and MISSOURI will highlight the service and sacrifice of thousands of Sailors who have served and continue to serve in the Pacific.

Please consider a tax deductible donation to this one-time opportunity by March 31, 2016 so that the statue can be raised by the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, December 7, 2016.

IN HONOR OF OUR SEA SERVICE MEMBERS: PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

With your help, a Lone Sailor statue will be placed in the Contemplation Circle at the Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Complex.

Accessible to veterans, active duty service members, and nearly 2,000,000 annual visitors, this location places the statue overlooking historic Pearl Harbor, the USS Missouri, and the USS Arizona Memorial.

As part of the placement of the proposed statue, a base will be constructed that will contain a piece of the USS Arizona superstructure to commemorate the men who gave their all during WWII and those that continue to serve to this day.
