IMPORTANT UPDATES
  • To ensure we can mail you your ID card before you arrive in Eugene, you must submit your selfie and proof of ID at uocard.uoregon.edu by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8. Contact ID Card Services at uocard@uoregon.edu with questions or concerns.
  • Virtual academic advising sessions are still happening. Make sure to check your @uoregon.edu email (and the spam folder just in case) for more information about how to sign up.
SOSer SPOTLIGHT
You’ve had the chance to meet with your SOSers in flocks, but take the time to get to know them even more! We will be spotlighting several SOSers over the next few weeks who will share a look into their lives as UO students.
Join Paula this week as she shows you her typical Sunday activities. New spotlights will be available to watch on Tuesdays on our YouTube channel.
SOCIAL BELONGING SURVEY
  • As an incoming student transitioning to college, you may have a lot of questions about what to expect. What's it like to come to the University of Oregon? is an online activity that shares stories from current and former students about their experiences transitioning to college. You will also be asked about your thoughts and feelings about coming to the UO.
  • If you have not done so already, we encourage all new students to take the time to complete this activity by Thursday, September 17.
NEXT STEPS
  • Did you miss our IntroDUCKtion Next Steps session last week? You can watch it now on our YouTube channel to get caught up! You can also learn more about important Next Steps on our website.
