LONGVIEW PUBLIC LIBRARY NEWSLETTER
To Our Library Patrons,
Due to the increased cases of COVID-19 in the community, we have decided to postpone our move to in-person appointments. We do not currently have a new date to reopen for appointments, but will be continually reviewing the data and recommendations from state and local health officials to be ready to make that call when it is safe to do so.
Fortunately, we are able to continue our current levels of service including Library Drive-Thru, Library Samplers, Mobile Printing, Facebook Story Times, Crafts To Go, and other digital programming.
We also have some new services, including Brainfuse, an online tutoring and test-prep program that is free with your library card, and will soon have Wifi Hotspots available for checkout. More information about these services will be coming out in the December newsletter.
If there is anything we might be able to help you with, please reach out. You can respond to this email, use Ask A Librarian, or call during phone hours: Monday-Friday 11-2, 360.442.5300.
Thank you for your support and patience,
The Longview Public Library
