UO EVENTS
- Take a moment to look up at the stars during the opening night of the new exhibit Capturing the Cosmos: Images from the James Webb Space Telescope. Use telescopes to watch the moon rise with special guest astronomer Scott Fisher. Join on Friday, September 13, 7:00–9:00 p.m. at the Museum of Natural and Cultural History. UO students get free admission.
- Soak up the nostalgia and see original Calvin and Hobbes art and comic strips at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art’s newest exhibition, It's (Still) A Magical World, Hobbes, Ol' Buddy. UO students get free admission.
- With The Traveling Wilburys Revue in town, you now have the chance to experience the closest thing to the group comprised of legends George Harrison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, and Jeff Lynne. Catch the tribute band at WOW Hall on Friday, September 13, at 8 p.m. Purchase tickets at the UO Ticket Office for $20.

- Stock up on free essentials at the Student Food Pantry on Wednesday, September 11, 3:30–6:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 710 East 17th Avenue.
- Don't let summer slip by just yet. The weather's allowing for another memorable outdoor adventure. Rent gear and bikes from the Outdoor Program Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, noon–5:00 p.m., through late September.
- Ensure your healthcare expenses are covered for next school year with the optional Student Health Benefits Plan. Open enrollment ends on Wednesday, October 9.
