UO EVENTS
  • Thursday, Jan. 18 is the first of a series of administrator office hours. Stop by the EMU Metolius Room from 4:00–5:00 p.m. to chat with Tiffany Lundy from PE and Rec about self-care.
  • The Duck Nest is hosting an Anxiety Management Workshop today at 2:00 p.m.
  • This week's Ducks After Dark is Kingsman: Golden Circle—today at 8:15 p.m. in the EMU Redwood Auditorium.
  • There is a free, 45-minute session of Relaxation Yoga in the Duck Nest, Friday at 11:00 a.m.
  • Interested in UO's Sports Product Management Masters Program? There is an online information session on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 8:00 a.m. and again at 4:00 p.m.
  • The UO is hosting a series of events throughout the week in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. including a march, receptions, and the Holden Center's MLK Day of Service on Jan. 20—register online. 
  • Bike Appreciation Week is Jan. 17–19. Stop by the EMU Bike Program office for free food, giveaways, and bike repairs and info.
  • SustainabiliTEA—bring a reusable mug or thermos for coffee and tea, make buttons, and learn about sustainability at the UO on Jan. 18, 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. in the EMU.

  • The Health Center offers low-cost, convenient STI screening. Schedule an appointment online.
  • Some offices in Oregon Hall have moved due to renovations including the Registrar, Admissions, Advising, Dean of Students, Center for Multicultural Excellence, International Affairs, and more. See their new locations.
  • PE and Rec Group X, Webfoot CrossFit®, and Intramurals have new schedules for Winter 2018. Try group fitness classes for free Jan. 8–14.
  • The deadline to enroll in Student Health Benefits Plan coverage through Sept. 14, 2018 is 5:00 p.m. next Wednesday, Jan. 17.
  • Learn how to find a job in the US at the International Job Search Group. Apply by Jan. 14. 
  • Create your Duck Connect profile to register for career events, interviews, and more.
  • Nominations for Distinguished Teaching Awards are now open.
