Admin Tip: Adding Subscribers to Your Church Account
When you launch Amplify Media at your church, members can sign up for a personal Amplify account with your church’s unique code. But sometimes you may want to sign someone up yourself with their permission. Here is how you may take a more proactive approach in helping key leaders and members start using Amplify.
• Log onto you Dashboard, and you will see a dark gray bar on the left-hand side. Under ENGAGE, you will see SUBSCRIBERS as an option. Click on Subscribers.
• Once you click on Subscribers, you will be sent to a list of current subscribers as well as options to Edit, Add, Delete, Suspend, and Reactive immediately under the title at the top of the page.
• To add a Subscriber to your channel, click on the + ADD button.
• A pop-up window will ask you to fill out some information. You will need to know the email, First Name, and Last Name, and then complete those fields. Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the form.
• The Subscriber will receive an email with a link to sign in and a temporary password along with a notification that they were added to your channel. They can then change the email and password once logged in.
