Let’s Talk provides easy access to free, informal, and confidential consultations with therapists from UChicago Student Wellness. No appointment is necessary. Let's Talk is open to all University of Chicago undergraduate and graduate students and is a good fit for
students who are not sure about therapy and wonder what it’s like to talk with a therapist. Let’s Talk’s sessions are drop-in and first-come, first-served format. Click here for locations for each day!

Art Therapy Open Studio is a self-directed community space for people to spend time doing creative activities they enjoy, such as writing and art-making, while also being able to socialize or take a breather.

| Maroon Mental Health Matters
|
Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3-hour pilot program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises.
