We are midway through the fall semester, and this October brings an especially meaningful homecoming as we welcome J. Cole Smith back to Clemson University. A proud alumnus and former chair of industrial engineering, he returns to his alma mater as our next executive vice president for academic affairs and provost. His return is a reminder of the strength of our Clemson Family and the lifelong connections that continue to shape our University.
