Enrollment Hold Because of
Past Due Health Requirements
October 7, 2022
Dear Student
Our records indicate that you are past due on one or more health requirements. This could include the entrance vaccinations required by law, the health history forms, or the TB risk screening. Read about all health requirements. To determine which items you have past due, log into the Health Service patient portal and review your record.
As a result of your past due requirements, an enrollment hold has been placed on your account. This hold will prevent you from adding courses in the current term or enrolling in future terms. The hold will remain until you complete all past due requirements.
Additionally, your past due status makes you ineligible to attend non-academic large-scale Tufts events such as student group performances, concerts, and university-sponsored social activities, effective immediately.
Please act now to complete your past due requirements. In most cases, coming into compliance is simple and only takes a few minutes. Holds are lifted and you will be eligible to attend large scale Tufts events within ten business days of coming into compliance. If you haven’t received some of the necessary vaccines, you can make an appointment with Health Service to receive immunizations.
Do not call to inquire about which requirements are past due or what you can do to resolve them. Simply review your record in the Health Service patient portal (look at the immunization tab and the patient portal inbox) to see what is past due and submit your documentation online. If you have a question that can’t be resolved via this method, log into the Health Service patient portal and send a secure message to Immunization Reviewer. Messages will be reviewed and replied to in the order in which they were received.
Thank you for your attention to these important health requirements, which are designed to keep our campus safe.
Sincerely,
Tufts Health and Wellness
