Reminder: Open for Business Letter
In order to reassure sellers that Minnesota Housing homebuyer programs are available, we have created an Open for Business Letter that we would encourage you to pass along to your real estate partners for their use when presenting a purchase offer. You can find this Open for Business Letter  on our Forms Guide and Glossary (in the Additional Resources section), and on the Real Estate Agent's page of our website.
