Mandatory Information Session for Developers
The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) has partnered with Multnomah County, the Portland Development Commission (PDC), and Home Forward to make $61.6 million available in local and federal funds — plus five publicly owned sites and up to 100 Project Based Section 8 vouchers — for the development, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing. Developers who may be considering submitting a proposal will need to attend a Mandatory Information Session this Thursday, November 12, 2015. Details below:
