FY24 Classification and Compensation Study: Overview and Job Profile Navigation

The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management invites supervisors, managers, department chairs, and administrators who oversee regular employee positions to attend an Overview and Job Profile Navigation session. This session will introduce and review the new components of the job profile and provide supervisors/managers with instructions and guidance on how to provide feedback on the staff job profiles for their respective units/areas. This overview and a 12-minute Job Profile Navigation video are required for supervisors/managers to make suggested content changes.
Registration is required via MC Learns. If you have not had the opportunity to attend a session, please plan to attend one of the two remaining sessions:
• Friday, January 19, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, January 23, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
