Working with residents at a senior living community, industrial design students learned to design with, rather than for, older adults. The result: tools that are tailored to real life.

A third-party assessment validated the Institute’s ability to support Department of Defense-related projects and protect sensitive information.    

What started as a challenging chapter in Alex Grady's life has grown into a series of books, a platform for public speaking, and a mission to help young people develop the skills they need to thrive.
