A new species of crocodile-relative from the Age of Dinosaurs, Scolomastax sahlsteini, has been discovered at a fossil excavation site in Texas, according to a study published in The Anatomical Record coauthored by Stephanie Drumheller-Horton, a paleontologist at UT.

The Color of Air is an 84-square-foot structure designed and built by the 2018-2019 Tennessee Architecture Fellow Nate Imai and his students during Spring 2019. The house is mobile, interactive, and uses changing lighting to convey various climate changes in the area.

Collaborations with universities play a key role at Oak Ridge National Laboratory(ORNL) by connecting the world-class lab with cutting-edge faculty, who help push the frontiers of research and provide students an opportunity to blossom into scientists. Of all the universities working with ORNL, none are as closely connected as UT.
