December Member Meeting Recap

ONE Central Chicago

with Bob Dunn of Landmark Development

CCAC members gathered at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner to celebrate the holidays and hear from Landmark Development President and Managing Partner Bob Dunn who gave an update on the latest developments on ONE Central Chicago.

This mega-development, to be constructed above the Metra tracks adjacent to Soldier Field, will bring an entertainment complex, transit hub and approximately 20 million square feet of office, hotel and residential space to the neighborhood.

Bob Dunn provided an in-depth history of how the project came to be, its progress so far, and the bright future of the development just around the corner.  He also highlighted the many local partners involved in the project and the community and workforce development work already underway to ensure that neighborhood residents will participate in, and benefit from, the project.

Special thanks to CCAC Chairman Greg Hummel with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Pat Cermak with Wight & Co. for hosting the event.
