Fannie Mae Product Underwriting Announcement
Fannie Mae recently updated their Selling Guide. Please note their new policies on how to serve borrowers with student loan debt.

MCC Program Update
In our February 8 eNews, we announced that our Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program will be coming to an end later this year.  

Funds are still available! At our current pace, we anticipate the MCC Program will be available through the end of summer. We encourage you to continue using the program while funds are available.
