To all of our Portrait Simple families…
I would first like to thank you for your business and support over the last 17 years and more specifically for all of your kind thoughts and well-wishes over past 7 months. Your emails and voicemails asking about our teams and about our business reopening have given us hope that after these crazy times pass Portrait Simple will survive. Like many small businesses we are facing uncertainty and significant challenges as we craft a path for reopening.
Here are a few important changes that we’ve made to our Business:
-We will be reducing the number of available sessions significantly (by more than 50%).
-We will be scheduling sessions 2 hours apart in the camera room allowing plenty of time to clean and disinfect the area between sessions.
-All sessions are by appointment only and we will no longer be accepting walk-ins.
-We will require masks while in the studio except while being photographed.
-We have changed our sales process and created a way to use multiple monitors allowing safe distancing.
-Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the studio.
As always, we appreciate your loyalty to Portrait Simple and we are happy to hear any feedback or suggestions you might have. We want you and your family to feel comfortable coming back in our studio and hope that as a team we can slowly get back to doing what we love – capturing your family’s memories!
