Interview Scheduler Highlights
We encourage customers to use the mobile-friendly, online application, which takes less than 20 minutes to complete. Should they need assistance, our new scheduler feature gives clients more flexibility to schedule or change their phone interview date and time, right from their email.
When dropping a ticket on the Partner Dashboard, using the 'Apply By Phone with Link' option, the date and time calendar now shows available time slots. This allows agents to select a more precise time for applicant interviews.
Note: The new scheduler functionality does not yet apply to AppAssist business (traditional application), so customers will not be able to reschedule their AppAssist interview appointments online. They can call us to reschedule.
