Barefoot, guests can take the little sandy path which winds through flowers and multicoloured plants to get to Pelican Beach and its crystal blue waters. “We wanted to create something bohemian in a prime location because being on the seafront here is exceptional, and the Bay of Saint Jean is an absolute piece of paradise, very well located, with Gustavia close by,” says Nicolas Sibuet, who designed the chic project.

After having worked as a travel agent for 6 years, then in charge of promoting the destination of Megève to the travel trade, Mathilde Tissot joined the family-owned Maisons & Hotels Sibuet in 2010, a company that she had long admired.

As a true mountain girl, Mathilde feels very lucky to be based at Maisons & Hotels Sibuet headquarters in Megève, her hometown, and where its Les Fermes des Marie and Chalets des Fermes properties are located. But most of all as a travel enthousiast she loves meeting and learning from travel professionals around the world while promoting the brand.
