Happy St. Patrick's Day from Hartelco! Hartelco Equipment Upgrade Coming To Your Home! As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of technology, Hartelco has begun upgrading our ONT's (the electronics that convert the fiber optic into services within your home) at our in-town customer’s premises. This conversion is at no cost to you the subscriber. These new ONT’s will help us improve our customer service to you, while enabling us to become one of the first towns to become 10 Gig Active Ethernet to each subscriber in the United States. (more news to be released soon)
There are increasing number of Coronavirus cases being confirmed daily, and we at Hartelco would like to keep our customers, employees and our whole community safe as possible during this time. We would like to encourage limited use of our lobby, if possible. Our doors are still open and will have our customer service representatives and technicians available for you. Please remember, you can always call our office to make a payment over the phone, go online to hartel.net, or use our dropbox located in the alley next to our building. Our mission at Hartelco is to keep our community connected. With our high-speed, 100% fiber internet, we encourage you to work and "play" from home, and to communicate through your internet devices. Also, at this time, we are allowing all conference calling through Hartelco to be done FREE of charge (normally $10 per call). You can have up to 22 callers on the line at a time, long distance charges will still apply to each caller. Please call our office if you are interested in trying out Hartelco Conference Calling - it is very simple to use and can help keep our community safe. Please contact our office to get a conference call set-up. Make A Call Before You Dig A Hole If you plan to begin any project that involves digging — such as building a patio, putting up a fence, or planting bushes and trees — remember to call 811 before work begins.
Every digging job requires a call to 811 to have underground utility lines marked. In some cases, lines are buried close to the surface and could easily be damaged by even shallow digging, resulting in service interruptions to your neighborhood. |
