Dear Members,
As we continue to manage the COVID-19 pandemic in our state, I thank each of you for your collaboration and assistance on policies and guidance that will help our industry recover.
This week, AzLTA sponsored the Morning Scoop: What’s Next for Tourism in Arizona Webinar hosted by the Arizona Capitol Times.  I had the honor of being on the expert panel with Representative T.J. Shope, Economist Jim Rounds, Visit Phoenix President & CEO Steve Moore and Executive Vice President of HSL Properties Jerry Fischer.
The conversation focused on the economic impact of COVID-19, how the industry is managing the current crisis and policies that will help the industry recover and reposition itself for future growth. Thank you to the Arizona Capitol Times for hosting this important conversation.
Our team is actively monitoring the Phoenix Healthy Tourism and Hospitality Ordinances and educating stakeholders about the devastating impact these ordinances would have on our industry. There is more information about the public meetings below. Our team will continue to provide updates and action alerts as more information is available.
Sincerely,
Kim Grace Sabow
President & CEO
