How can you get results if you don't have authority? Cultivating relationships and establishing credibility are necessary, because they allow you to influence others. Effective influencing, however, requires that you know how to build good relationships, and that you have credibility. You won't be able to ask someone for help if you have antagonized that person.
In this course, you'll learn how to develop relationships and build credibility so that you can get the results you need at work. You'll also find out how being able to influence others benefits you.

Stormie
OU, say hello to Stormie. Stormie is gray and white (just like a storm cloud), 1 1/2 years old and weighs 5lbs. She was abandoned and found outside during a summer storm. Stormie LOVES treats - she can't contain her excitement when she hears the word. She also enjoys looking out the window, chasing laser lights, and her favorite is digging into a purse and pulling out receipts to play with! She is a master traveler in the car. Stormie has been on countless trips to Chicago, Wisconsin, and other surrounding states. Kara Petrancosta from Human Resources has had Stormie since she was 4 weeks old and they share the same birthday!!
