The seasons are changing, mid-terms are in full swing, and many of you may have a lot going on at the moment. Read on for mental health resources you can access at any time, visit the new Well-Being Wing, attend a Coping Café or take advantage of this oddly warm fall weather to get a breath of fresh air.
I also know this election season has been stressful. In addition to CPS services, you can attend The Reflection Room: Election Edition on Nov. 8 at 12 p.m. or the Democracy in Action Forum on Nov. 14, because civic engagement doesn't end with elections.
Finally, I want to acknowledge the campus security message that was shared Monday evening as well as the update sent out yesterday. We are thankful that no one was physically harmed as a result of Monday night’s incident. CPS services are always available as well as .
Take care of yourselves, and keep up the great work — you’ve made it past the halfway mark, and I’m cheering you on to the finish line!
