MANY REASONS TO BE THANKFUL...
Growing up in Cyprus, I am reminded of traditions and celebrations during this time of the year that emphasize family connections, community building, and reflection on who we can be in the world and what we can create.
As I settle into my third year as a member of the Spartan Family, I have been reflecting on how much has changed since 2020 and I am excited by the boundless possibilities that exist in the midst of transformation.
With your help, IPC has finalized the development of core strategic goals that include efforts to amplify data collection, communication and outreach, and access to global opportunities. I am pleased that IPC has been able to fill critical vacant positions this year as well. This will allow us to better serve and support global efforts.
Global engagement does not happen in a vacuum; it is a campus-wide effort. With this in mind, I want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you.
To our countless global and community partners and to UNCG faculty and staff, we appreciate all you do!
May the holiday season provide an opportunity for us all to rest, enjoy our loved ones, and reflect on our accomplishments in 2023. May the year ahead be full of renewed opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
