SPRING HAS SPRUNG


It's hard to believe we're through Spring Break and into the sprint-to-the-finish of the school year.  Check out the info we have below but we especially want to draw your attention to getting your tickets for Rock The House T2K26 and PTO Volunteer needs for the next school year!  Also, if you missed the special edition newsletter last week with the new playground update, you can find that on our website HERE.

2026/2027 PTO ROLES: VICE PRESIDENT

Ready to help lead the future of WB’s PTO?
We’re looking for a PTO Vice President to partner with the President, support key initiatives, and help ensure fundraising goals are met. This is a collaborative, high-impact role — and the ideal stepping stone to President the following year.

Rock The House Y2K26


Everybody's favorite musical extravaganza is BACKKKKKK (yeah-ah).  The 3rd Annual Rock The House Parent/Teacher Social will be held on Friday, April 10th.  Admission is free but RSVPs are appreciated so we can plan the appropriate amount of food and beverage.  This event features your favorite WB Teachers and Staff singing the hits of the early 2000's backed by an all-parent house band.  This event is adults only and there will be optional fundraising opportunities at the event if you wish to participate.  Come sing along and lets ROCK THE HOUSE!

SUMMER CAMP WITH MS. ELLIOT

Join one of our amazing GATE teachers, Ms. Elliott for camp this summer!

*Games & Gadgets Camp will be offered June 15-19 and June 22-26 with different challenges offered for each week of camp.
*Jungle Camp will be offered July 13-17 with a readers theater!
$295 per camper per week, Rising K-5th, 9am - 3pm at the Wedgewood Houston Community Center.
