INTRO TO PILATES: 3-WEEK SERIES
Starting Friday, 8/11
This introductory series will show you the benefits of the Pilates Reformer. Engage, strengthen and stretch your body from the core out. You will leave each session feeling strong and revitalized.
Active Members: $90 Non-Members: $135
- Fri. 8/11, 11am-12pm: Learn the building blocks of Pilates Reformer: footwork supine arm/core work and feet in straps.
- Fri. 8/18, 11am-12pm: Begin to sample how you can work the total body utilizing the box as an accessory to the Reformer.
- Fri. 8/25, 11am-12pm: Put it all together, as well as try out another accessory that is guaranteed to make your heart happy: the jumpboard.
You will get individual attention with each group limited to six people. You must commit to one class each week for the entire three week series. There will be no make-up sessions. Sign up now, space is limited to six.
