| Rusty Pickering is the President and Chief Operating Officer (and former General Counsel) of Ingo Money, Inc. Ingo Money, based in Atlanta, is a technology-focused payments company.
Rusty has represented a wide array of technology companies, including university spin offs, from start-up to exit.

|
|
His areas of expertise include angel investments, venture capital investments, executive compensation, and sales to both strategic and private equity buyers. He has also represented venture capital and private equity firms in the areas of fund formation, investments, and complete and partial buy-outs.
Rusty received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and his JD cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Tulane School of Science and Engineering and the Tulane Innovation and Entrepreneurship Council, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of Tulane, and is a former President of the Tulane Alumni Association.
