Updated Eligibility Income Worksheet
We have updated our Eligibility Income Worksheet for use with Start Up and Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) programs. The updates include improved guidance on income calculations and space to document income calculations under each income type.
Use of the worksheet remains optional, but lenders are still responsible for following the Eligibility Income guidance stated in the document, in addition to the applicable Program Procedural Manual.
In-depth training on the first-time homebuyer Program Eligibility Income calculation is being offered at the October 4 training session. Register for All About Income: Calculating Income for Minnesota Housing Programs.
Updated Program Manuals: Start Up, MCC, Step Up
We have updated our Start Up, MCC and Step Up program procedural manuals, which are available on our website. The revisions are minor and improve clarity of program guidelines, but do not contain policy changes.
