| Live On Utah | A Statewide Campaign |
Utah Department of Health and Human Resources |
Live On is a statewide effort to prevent suicide by promoting education, providing resources, and changing our culture around suicide and mental health. The focus is getting the word out to Utahns through a variety of multimedia messages and campaigns. Need help? Call or text 988.

Social Services Block Grant |

The public may apply for federal grants awarded to the Department of Human Services during the Utah State Legislative Session, which takes place January through March each year. Learn more about meeting dates and agendas of the various committees where public comment for the legislative session related to human services is received.
The Social Services Block Grant is flexible federal assistance for social services such as prevention of abuse, neglect, rehabilitation, self-reliance, etc. Applications are open prior to the start of each fiscal year.

The Utah Healthy Places Index (HPI) is a powerful and easy-to-use data and policy platform created to advance health equity through open and accessible data. It's an evidence-based and peer-reviewed tool that can help support efforts to prioritize strategic community investments, develop critical programs and policies across the state, and much more.
This is a neighborhood-to-neighborhood tool and there are various resources and training resources available to help you find the data you are looking for.
