#SipSonoma

The web page is now listing about 80 of our winery members who have agreed to a $5 shipping fee on a case of wine, from now until Nov. 22.
We can add more wineries.  Use the hashtags #SipSonoma  #WineRoad  #GatherInSonoma     Click here to check it out #SipSonoma
We have already seen nearly 700 posts with the hashtag on Instagram! The video has had over 2000 views, 40 shares and over 500 engagements.
I hope this is translating into wine sales.

Winter Wineland

The list of participating wineries is online and tickets went on sale last week, via our monthly Wine Road newsletter.
The event invitation next week will go out via email next week.
We will be handing out the postcards and posters at the Annual Meeting next week for the wineries.
Debbie will be sending the participating wineries a tool kit for social sharing in the next couple of weeks.
Our initial outreach usually kicks things off pretty well. We need wineries to begin pushing about Dec. 1st.
With our soft launch last week, we have now sold 400 tickets. Here we go again...

We hope you join us.

Wine Road will be setting up "Destination Wine Road" at this festival AND organizing two seminars, for press and trade. This is the link with festival details and for the form to register.
Wine Road will offer $175 to help offset your table costs.

We are wrapping up the ticket refunds etc.

These are approximate numbers...
90 tickets transferred over to Wineland and donated the difference in the ticket price to the REFB.
130 tickets are waiting for next year's Wine & Food Affair. We are providing those folks with a FREE Tasting Pass (one day) in the meantime.
100 tickets were donated to the REFB. We are providing those folks with a promo code for 20% off any one of our 3 annual events in 2020.
That leaves us with approx. 2700 people that were refunded entirely. At this point, the collective donations to the REFB from our ticket holders is about $14,000.
