"In my senior year, I worked as an office assistant and learned a ton of skills that I am going to take with me in my career: using Excel to manage schedules and organize data, assisting students and families in navigating different processes, and creating promotional materials to support department initiatives." — Residence Life Office Assistant

| At Seton Hall, we want every student to feel supported. That's why faculty and staff across campus have completed Ready to Care training. When you see the sticker or magnet, you'll know you've found someone who is ready to care about your well-being.

The holiday season begins at Seton Hall with the 16th annual Christmas at the Hall Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, December 2. The celebration begins with the 5 p.m. Kick-off Mass in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception, celebrated by Msgr. Joseph Reilly, followed by the blessing of the Nativity and the lighting of the University tree. Unite in prayer, joy, and reflection as we celebrate the coming of Christ and the spirit of community during this sacred season.

Community Spotlight: Ways to Give Back This Season |

This holiday season, donate a new, unwrapped teddy bear to support children in New Jersey's foster care system. Bears are distributed through CASA and DCPP—organizations that advocate for children affected by abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Teddy bears provide comfort during tough times and are also given out on Adoption Days to celebrate children finding permanent homes. For many, this may be their only holiday gift. Drop-off location: Bayley Hall, 1st Floor, Room 108.

"For many families struggling to provide the basics, a toy for their child is not a luxury; it's a symbol that someone cares, that their child matters, that their community loves them." (DOVE) The toy drive is part of For All, Forever: A Campaign for a Greater Seton Hall, which focuses on enriching student education and community engagement. Those interested in participating in the toy drive can donate online or drop off new, unwrapped toys at the DOVE office weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. through December 5.
