A Great Summer for Young Life Camping and Women Playing a Part! As summer comes to a close, Young Life celebrates 60,722 campers and leaders attending YL camp in the U.S., with thousands more attending international camping experiences as well. That’s over 650,000 eggs served in the dining halls, and over 12 million dishes washed! We rejoice that over 22,000 professed their faith at a Say-So, and more than 14,000 Bibles were given away. The photo pictured on the right is a Grand Opening Celebration at YL's Woodleaf Camp in Northern CA that many women helped push across the finish line for needed and exciting renovations impacting the lives of kids!

When Jordan Pilot was originally a guest on our weekly Instagram Live program called Living Prayer, she shared about her month of serving at Trail West Family Camp with her husband, Jerod, and their three daughters on their summer assignment. Jordan then said yes to an invitation to participate in our first Getaway Giving Circle in San Diego in 2022. After that, she kept going! Next she said yes to the Global Giving Circle in 2023 in San Antonio, then to joining the Getaway planning team and its 2nd event in Austin this last spring. This October, Jordan will be a part of our next GGC in Charleston continuing to multiply her impact with other women.
Jordan and her husband were previously on Young Life staff in Georgia and Alabama for 13 years where they loved leading kids, leaders and their community. When they came off staff, Jordan wanted to find new ways to stay involved with the ministry she loved so deeply. She says she most cherishes the joy and relationships that have come from her engagement with Women Who Love Young Life. What a joy to watch her still using her gifts and resources, now in a new season and from a place of gathering and giving with like-minded women!
