WB Field Day is coming up on May 15th and this year's theme is BEACH games! Coach Edwards and Coach Dison have an awesome day planned for our kids. To make it a success we need LOTS of parent volunteers!

UNICYCLE COLLECTION DRIVE

Time to spring-clean your closets and give your gently worn SSA items to WB.  Items can be left in the vestibule just inside the front door during student drop-off.  WB will keep any items such as WB tshirts to fill the needs of our school and then other items will go on to other Unicycle schools!  This is a great way to meet the needs of kiddos, clean out and be earth-friendly all at the same time!

SPRING ART SHOW

The Spring Art Show will be on Wednesday, April 29th from 5:00pm - 6:30pm in the gymnasium.  This special event will showcase the creativity, talent, and hard work of our students, featuring over 1,000 pieces of art. Families will have the opportunity to view a variety of artworks created throughout the year and celebrate our young artists. 
Families will also have the option to purchase their child's artwork in a framed display for $29. You can also preorder online: check out this link to find out more information! Funds raised from the sale of art go to help cover art supplies for the Waverly Belmont art classroom throughout the year as well as Family Paint Night events.  If you would like to volunteer at the Art show, please contact Ms. Howard at SHoward2@mnps.org

1. 26/27 SCHOOL SUPPPLY ORDERING IS LIVE - Make life easy by ordering your child's school supplies from 1st Day.  Kits will be delivered directly to your child's classroom next year and are available ONLINE HERE!
2. LOUNGE REFRESH WISHLIST - A few teachers are leading the charge on a teachers lounge decor refresh.  If families from any grade would like to contribute, you can view the AMAZON WISHLIST HERE.
