Sweitzer comments about his work, “Our mission statement is simple... Affect. Every project tells a story, and it is my responsibility to create an affect, from fundraising to awareness. In addition, we strive to give back and are very active in doing so. We recently produced videos for non-profit organizations, such as Musicians On Call, National Sports for the Disabled, MusiCares®, The GRAMMY Foundation and Monroe Carell Jr.’s Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.”
Prior to moving to Nashville, Sweitzer began his career at The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California as a designer in the Home Video division and later transplanted to Los Angeles-based design agency, 30Sixty design. During his time at the agency, he worked with leading corporate and non-corporate clients, including Paramount Studios, Nestle Foods, Cartoon Network and Hanna Barbara. New opportunities and a love for design led Sweitzer to eventually relocate to Nashville in 1994.
Through the years, Sweitzer and his company have earned a strong and positive reputation. Some of Nashville’s most recognized faces have voiced their praises for Sweitzer and Fresh Film+Design. Country star Kenny Rogers commented, “I have always prided myself in surrounding myself with the best. He is the best.”
Commenting on Fresh Design’s photography and album design work, Tim McGraw stated, “Glenn is one of the most talented guys I’ve ever worked with. I know that the progression of my career wouldn’t be where it is without the art, talent, and passion that Glenn has put into it.”
Becky Zimmermann, CEO of the National Sports Center for the Disabled said, “Glenn’s videos are artful and powerful. He tells the NSCD story with emotion, impacting the lives of everyone who watches them.”

We applaud Glenn for the 10 Telly Awards, one of which was for the recent Flatts’ video created at the hospital.”
