Sending Packages to Campus?
We encourage students to pack light -- but if you need to ship belongings to campus ahead of time, the UPS Store’s Ship Ahead Service allows students to ship items to The UPS Store warehouse in Boston, where they will be held and then delivered directly to your room prior to arrival. If you are ordering items online, UPS can also have packages delivered to The UPS Store warehouse. Check our Move In/Move Out webpage soon for more information.
You also have the option of sending items directly to campus and picking them up from Mail Services when you arrive at Tufts. You may begin sending packages directly to the Medford campus on August 1, and to the SMFA campus on August 15. Please review Mail Services' guidelines for more information.

Once You're On Campus

How do you send or receive mail in the residence halls? What happens if you lose the key to your room? How do you register a bicycle on campus? We've got answers to all of these questions and more in our Housing Guidelines and Policies.
