The Office of Faculty Affairs is here to support you in your professional growth at KU. Additionally, several other KU offices provide professional and personal support through numerous trainings, services, and events centered on your success and wellness. Our Faculty Relations website is a good place to start when exploring such resources from Human Resources, KU Ombuds, and the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX.

Employee wellness
Housed within Human Resources, the Employee Wellness office offers numerous resources for your physical and mental health wellness. One of their most popular events is the KU Employee Wellness fair, where you can make connections not only across your KU community, but also with the greater Lawrence community on all things wellness. You might also consider being a wellness ambassador for your unit or taking part in the Crops to Campus program! The best way to stay up-to-date on all this and more is through the Employee Wellness newsletter.
Please join us for our final Early Career "How to at KU" session tomorrow, August 7, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., when Melissa Cole (Director of Benefits) will provide more details on employee wellness resources in addition to setting up your benefits.

All things faculty
As a faculty member at KU, we know there is a lot to keep up with. Fortunately, the Office of Faculty Affairs delivers the latest and most important updates directly to your inbox on the first Wednesday of every month through our monthly updates newsletter. Here you will find relevant information to your role at KU, timely faculty policy updates, upcoming professional development opportunities, faculty events, calls, and NCFDD membership and programming details. And if you don't know what NCFDD is, you can find out here. NCFDD is free to faculty as part of KU's institutional membership! New and Early Career faculty also receive a monthly newsletter on the second Wednesday of each month, where we will highlight resources and events just for you.
