California Is So Thirsty!
Do you know that a report from the California Department of Water Resources has identified 2021 as the second driest year on record for the state? Yikes. The only year that was drier was 1924.
Drought is a prolonged period of time with less than normal amounts of precipitation. Southern California has a dry climate but with changes in our climate, less snowpack and more and more people, there is a lot of pressure on our precious water.
