We're returning to live connections in 2022! We'll start this March 10-12 in Dallas, TX, with the 2022 Leadership Summit. This intimate event introduces Latino professionals to the concepts and connections that will hone their leadership skills. Registration is open!

On June 24-25, we'll launch the Executive Accelerator in Denver, CO. This 5-month program provides Latino professionals with nearly 40 hours of executive level training and curriculum. Designed by faculty at the University of Denver, the Executive Accelerator prepares leaders for influence at the decision-making and governance levels. The application is open now, so apply today.

Finally, November 2-4, we'll host our 2022 Conference & Career Expo in New Orleans, LA. We’ll gather together minutes from the Warehouse & Arts District, the Garden District, and the French Quarter, in a city known for excitement, energy, and celebration, and we'll launch careers. National Board Growth

Prospanica welcomes Janet Simms as chair of the National Board of Directors and Erika Cramer as a new board member.

"We’re thrilled to include these two successful finance executives to our governing board,” says Thomas Savino, CEO of Prospanica.

Janet Simms, a lifetime Prospanica member who won the Brillante award for member excellence in 2017, served as Prospanica’s interim board chair before being named the new chair in October of last year.

Adding her voice to the governance table, Erika Cramer brings her passion for minority representation and gender diversity at the highest levels of business.

Prospanica CEO Named as Vice Chair of HACR

Congratulations to Thomas Savino for being named the Vice Chair for the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR). HACR's governing board is a coalition made of "14 national Hispanic organizations whose missions reflect the voices of more than 60 million Hispanics living in the United States and Puerto Rico."

"Prospanica's relationship with HACR offers us new avenues to influence corporate America on the hiring, retention, and promotion of Latino professionals," says Savino. "I'm excited for all we will accomplish this coming year."

HACR seeks "to advance the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America at a level commensurate with our economic contributions." Its Annual Corporate Inclusion Index just opened for 2022, which "has helped companies move the needle positively for Hispanic inclusion in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance."
