During this shutdown, buildings throughout Lawrence’s main campus should expect:
|

Receive Latest Outage and Maintenance Info with Accessibility Alerts |
KU Operations and KU Parking have partnered with the ADA Resource Center to provide an easy way to keep employees posted on planned – and unplanned – outages and other maintenance across the Lawrence campus. This information is especially important during the summer construction months.
Individuals can receive timely email updates when campus buildings or spaces experience a disruption of power, steam, water or other accessibility or functionality issues, such as those related to doors, elevators, parking, restroom closures, security and HVAC.
Employees can choose to subscribe to building-specific alerts for their primary building and unsubscribe at any time.
To receive accessibility alerts, email facilities@ku.edu and request to be added to the “UTILITYOUTAGE” list. This distribution list is the best possible resource for the latest information available to make campus as accessible, functional and welcoming as possible.
